Approaches

Three ways of working

  1. Cognitive-behavioural

    Looks at the links between thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and at what can be changed concretely in daily life.

  2. Acceptance and commitment therapy

    Learning to make room for difficult thoughts and emotions rather than fighting them, in order to act on what matters to you.

  3. EMDR and related approaches

    Approaches that use eye movements or other stimulation while revisiting distressing memories.
